What type of training do you offer?
Training support is essential to our partnerships and your success. We offer video conference training and in-person training. We also have pre-recorded training videos available for you as you onboard new team members. All trainings include both product knowledge and our How To Brow in 3 Easy Steps service training. We also offer short monthly webinars with different topics each month to help support sell-through.


What type of marketing support do you provide?
We offer many promotions throughout the year and each of these promotions is supported by training, printed material, and social media content for you to extend the offers to your customers.

We also support our accounts with ongoing social media content so they can position themselves as brow experts and continue to grow their brow business.

We have treatment menu descriptions should you wish to add enhanced brow service to your menu that bundles product and service.


What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns for any items you believe to be damaged or defective. Kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at orders@chella.com.


Do you have testers available for your products?
We know how important testers are to your success both to use professionally in your services and to demonstrate in your retail area so we always offer testers at half off of our wholesale pricing. Kindly note testers come marked as “Testers” and are unboxed.


How are Chella products best displayed?  
We recommend our products be displayed in one of our Chella Retail Displays. Our most successful accounts have them vs. having Chella in drawers or unmarked jars.


What other type of account support does Chella provide?
We love events and our happy to support our accounts with events. Examples have included Brow + Bubbles, How To Brow, and Brow Wow. Please contact a sales representative for details and minimum orders to have your next event supported.
