If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following  your shipment.

How do I get refunded?

To receive your refund, please return the product to the following address:

Please include a copy of your invoice when you return the merchandise so we can better locate your order in our system. Again, no returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following your shipment. (You are responsible for the S&H fees to return the product.  If you would like we can email you a return Shipping Label and a charge of $5.95 will be deducted from your return.  Please email orders@chella.com if you need assistance.)

Where's my refund?

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit.

I want to cancel my order

We will be able to cancel your order provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process. Most orders ship the same day, if ordered during the business week. You may email us at helpdesk@chella.com

Chella Tweezer Replacement Policy

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Chella offers a one-time replacement for used tweezers when tweezers are returned to the Brow Bar where purchased or to:
